Sales Manager

Štěpán’s training and consulting benefits from his more than twenty years of managerial, business and pedagogical experience. He specializes in management development programs and in facilitating strategic planning. He is a consultant for the design of talent programs and streamlining education systems with HR professionals. He enjoys implementing programs focused on team cooperation and communications, both indoor and outdoor.

He graduated from the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Arts at Charles University in Prague. He continues to work as an external high school teacher and trainer in the Master of Health Care Administration program.

Štěpán enjoys spending his spare time with friends. He is a dedicated hiker and likes sightseeing. He loves spending his holidays in Scotland whenever he can.
