Senior Consultant, Coach

Petra has a degree in management and marketing. She has worked as a trainer and coach for over 15 years. She completed her training with the internationally accredited European Council for Mentoring and Coaching (EMCC). She has also participated in designing and managing numerous corporate educational projects that have been financially supported by ESF.

She has more than ten years of experience in setting up and revising company processes. As a Quality Auditor for the International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA), she has undertaken hundreds of hours of auditing, and during her consulting practice she has guided a large number of companies in the successful certification of their quality management systems.

As a consultant, her focus includes training in effective self and time management and communication and managerial skills. She is a much sought-after coach for individuals and teams. She works for both managers and specialists.
