At Centrum dohody, Marta is mostly involved in assessment and development centres. She works as a facilitator, role-player, assessor, and feedback provider. She also facilitates group discussions and is involved in psychodiagnostics. Her consultant work specializes in communication with patients and within teams of healthcare professionals. Marta also team-coaches in healthcare facilities. She is interested in healthcare not only professionally, but also personally. She works as a trainer in creative-based activities for our teambuilding programs.

Last but not least, Marta designs attractive graphic materials for us and our clients. She has a degree in Psychology from Charles University and the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague.
