PhDr. Alice Hamplová

Senior Consultant, Coach, Executive Manager of Centrum dohody (CEO)

Alice has degrees in informatics and clinical psychology from Charles University in Prague. She completed a five-year SUR course in dynamic psychotherapy. She worked as a psychotherapist, consultant and marketing manager for several years in the US, where she continued her education at the University of Minnesota and the Alfred Adler Institute. In 1999, she became the CEO and later on the owner of Centrum dohody.

As a trainer and coach, her specialty is leadership and managerial skills, cooperation within middle and top managerial teams, strategic planning and facilitating difficult meetings.

She often works as a “team doctor” for teams that fail to work together properly, whether from processes that were poorly set up or weak and insufficient communications.

She is married with three children. In her spare time, she enjoys water sports, skiing, and cooking.
